• I am so sorry. This is my sister’s fault. She forwarded it to me. I don’t do e-mail forwards on principle, so I’m posting it here. The only reason I filled it out is because she said in hers that I would be the least likely to respond. Hah! I showed her!

  • Whoa… I just found my 5-year-old web site that I made in high school. It is hideous. What was I thinking with those backgrounds and that color scheme? It’s like someone set a tornado loose in an ugly wallpaper store…

Anyway, it’s kind of funny to look at. I have some stuff on there that I must have though was hilarious at one point. I’m surprised Tripod is still hosting it – I kind of figured that it had expired by now. I should really archive the whole thing, just for posterity’s sake. Looks like I still have my Molecular Biology project on the endocrine system, and my various finals study guides. Craziness.

I’m just very happy that I know favor blue and grey themes for my web sites. :o)

  • Hi mom!

I’m skipping all of the various journal entries I’m behind on to cover my first week of being 21. That may not sound like a big deal, but I should point out that I didn’t drink before last Saturday, the 25th. At all. With the exception of communion wine.

I have drunk three times since my birthday, but tonight at a Halloween pre-party was the first time I actually got drunk.

  • So I’m procrastinating. A lot. And I took the sexual compatibility test anyway, even though the results will be pretty worthless. The answer is that I need more female Christian virgin friends :oP.

And Jeff, I’m sorry that I dropped you from 102% to 3%. I just don’t like you that way ;o).

How sexually compatible with me are you?
Take the NEW sexual compatibility quiz at LJMatch!

  • Okay, so I broke down and took the silly LJMatch test. I only have Compatibility results, which I assume means Friend compatibility? I’m not going to take the Sexual Compatibility test, although I looked at it. Wouldn’t be much point in answering it anyway, seeing as how I’d have to answer “I haven’t tried it” for just about everything, except for hugging and backrubs.

In case you’re curious, I “won” the purity test for my senior class in high school, with a 94% :oP.

  • My sister Joanna came down from Boston University, where she is a sophomore, during the first weekend of October Break. She had a long weekend, and I had the whole week off, so it just made sense for us to hang out. Fun was had, including a trip into Philadelphia proper, gaming, movies, and hanging out.

  • First, I actually took my midterms over two weeks ago, three in some cases. I just haven’t updated my diary in almost three weeks. That is why I’m apologizing in advance for doing something on the order of five diary entries this afternoon.

The point of this entry is that I didn’t score as well as I could have on my midterm exams. Detailed analysis (now with whining and complaining!) can be found below. I think it’s time I lowered my standards…

  • The black hole that is Hicks, the engineering building. I spent 35 hours in the building last Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and over 10 more hours outside of the building still doing engineering-related work. This basically means that the rest of my time was spent eating or sleeping.

The really, really scary part is that I liked almost every minute of it. Help me.

Also contained herein: Spanish, the Pterodactyl Hunt, The Lord of the Rings, and meeting Neal Stephenson.

  • My first entry in a week…

I missed church again today. I didn’t even have a good excuse this time, like moving into my new room, working on a lab report, or staying up late the night before: when I set my alarm last night, I forgot to switch it from Weekday to Weekend or Daily. This is the second time in a week I’ve screwed up setting my alarm. Conclusion: I’m an idiot. Once the church service is over, I will give Jill a call on her cell and apologize for being an idiot. I hope she didn’t wait around too long, because otherwise I made her late.

This last week was insanely busy. I enjoyed almost every moment of it. I think that’s a good sign for my future career goals. Lab courses, gaming, Spanish, friends, summer research, SWIL… it’s all pretty good :o).
