Blizzards

While walking back from the bus stop, the following tunes popped into my head:

“The wonderful thing about blizzards / is blizzards are wonderful things…”

“We’re off into the blizzard / the wonderful Blizzard of Boz…”

I urge you to complete them.

I also briefly considered an alternate universe in which there was a British transvestite comedian surnamed Blizzard.

Of course, there is one thing that the word “blizzard” makes me think of: Warcraft.

    Heh. If you’re snowed in with broadband, WoW sounds like a great way to pass the time, if you’re into that sort of thing ;-).

    Well, yes. But the word “cupcake” makes you think of Warcraft, and the world “penguin” makes you think of Warcraft, and the word “amniocentesis” makes you think of Warcraft….

    cupcake => chocolate
    penguin => Linux
    amniocentesis => needle

    I think the most stable free-association attractor for is more likely to be Star Trek, actually.
