I finally saw The Rock tonight. It was a decent action movie, considering.

I have some advice for our Commander-in-Chief: don’t use cheesy lines from a mid-’90s action movie in your State of the Union. There were some great ones in there about “a war on terror” and “if you’re not with us, you’re against us”. and I were amused :o).

    I was tempted, watching the first debate, to respond to Bush’s continual refrain of how the Iraq war was “hard work, hard, hard work” with a Conneryesque “*Losers* always whine about how hard the work is… *Winners* go home and marry a multimillionaire heiress.”
