Clouds

The sun fades into view through wispy clouds in the upper left, over the starboard wing of an Alaska Air Boeing 737-800
Because of storms in the Pacific Northwest, we stayed at a low cruising altitude (27000 feet according to our pilot, Leroy Brown). This is us breaking out of the clouds to see midday sun.

I really liked the pattern of these low cloudtops over the Midwest. Makes me think of some frigid exoplanet.
